Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence in Construction

This year marks a significant milestone for our Rail Director, Natalie Boyes as she celebrates her 20th year in the construction industry.

Over the past two decades, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the success of numerous high-profile projects and has been a keen advocate for women in construction.

Natalie has had numerous roles both on site and off, helping her to gain valuable insights into the construction industry which have helped to deliver outstanding results, particularly in the bidding world. Most recently, Natalie has spent over five years - both pre and post contract, working on the Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU) – a multi-billion pound railway programme of works that will improve connectivity in the North.

We are incredibly proud of Natalie's achievements and we look forward to the many more years of continued success here at WeBid. Her 20 years of service stand as a testament to her hard work, resilience, and passion for construction.
