TRU is a multi-billion pound, transformative, long-term railway infrastructure programme that will improve connectivity of the Pennines between Manchester, Huddersfield, Leeds and York. It will support economic growth in the North and deliver real benefits for passengers and communities along this pivotal rail artery.
WeBid have successfully worked with the TRU Alliance, supporting our client through a successful PQQ and ITT submission. Our Rail Director, Natalie Boyes has also been managing the joint venture Section Proposal team, post-tender, for the last six years. We have helped the Alliance of three tier 1 contractors develop the £3bn route upgrade across the Transpennine route.
