
With over 20 years’ experience in the construction and civil engineering industry, Natalie has an impressive track record of delivering winning submissions on major projects and frameworks.
Natalie leads WeBid’s rail bidding activity, providing strategic oversight across major rail tenders and Control Period framework submissions. She has supported some of the UK’s most high-profile rail programmes, including High Speed Two and Network Rail Control Periods 5, 6 and 7.
She brings extensive experience across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage PQQ and tender submissions through to post-contract delivery support. Natalie is particularly experienced in managing large, multidisciplinary bid and section proposal teams across complex, multi-workstream rail bids, ensuring submissions remain coordinated, compliant and aligned with Network Rail requirements.
Her specialist rail knowledge spans a wide range of disciplines, including buildings and civils design, structures, health and safety, environment, cost and project management, vegetation and station refurbishments. This breadth of understanding enables her to align bid strategies with technical, commercial and operational realities.
Natalie is known for her practical, delivery-focused approach and her ability to work closely with subject matter experts to extract detailed technical input and translate it into clear, high-scoring responses. Her leadership and commitment continue to support WeBid’s success on complex and competitive rail opportunities.
