With an incredible 14 years at WeBid Consult, Jess brings a wealth of experience and strategic expertise to every project she touches. Her meticulous attention to detail, passion for quality, and ability to shape responses into top-scoring submissions make her an invaluable part of the team.

From large-scale infrastructure to social value frameworks, Jess has led on some of our most ambitious and impactful bids. One standout moment? The Sellafield Infrastructure Delivery Partnership, a critical 15-year contract in the nuclear sector, which WeBid helped successfully secure for our client.

“That bid taught me so much about the competitive dialogue process,” Jess shares. “It was an opportunity to support our client in aligning with Sellafield Ltd’s long-term vision while showing real value and innovation across their portfolio.”

Her knowledge of the nuclear industry, coupled with her ability to develop targeted, future-focused proposals, made a tangible difference to the outcome.

Hobbies & Interests

When Jess isn’t working on bids, she unwinds with her electric guitar, playing to rock classics like Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd.
