Meet the Team - James Allan

Hello December! As we embark on a new month and step into the festive season, we would like to take the opportunity to introduce you to one of our exclusive WeBid Consult Ltd. team members.

Today we meet our Business Development Director, James Allan. James is a highly skilled Bid Manager, specialising in complex large-scale projects.

James is our dedicated Environment and Sustainability Consultant. He applies his IEMA Environmental Management training and knowledge across rail, highways, nuclear, construction, civils, and healthcare sectors to create top-scoring submissions. This is a key service for our clients as questions covering the environment typically account for the highest weighted responses.

James is most at home on complex and large-scale bids, keeping the focus on customer needs and win strategies, while sustaining a positive bid experience for the team. He brings experience working across a range of disciplines, providing him with a holistic view of the entire project lifecycle. This includes supporting designers, M&E consultants, environmental consultants, architects, contractors, and maintenance contractors to secure projects.

James also brings transferable experience from the financial services industry which he applies to develop WeBid’s business development strategy, targeting new clients, sectors and expanding our geographic reach.
