• APM Certifications – strengthening our project management capabilities for seamless bid delivery.
• BIM ISO:19650 Certification – advancing our skills in managing building information modelling processes.
• Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) – equipping our team to support mental wellbeing in the workplace.

Creating a Positive Impact

Beyond professional development, we extended our impact to our community and industry in meaningful ways:

• Joined the Supply Chain Sustainability School (SCSS), strengthening our focus on sustainability and driving continuous improvement.
• Promoted three team members—including two to Director level—to recognise their leadership and contributions.
• Sponsored two young athletes, supporting one in motorsports and another in professional darts.
• Raised over £10,000 for St Luke’s Hospice in Sheffield, with highlights including our Operations Director, Samantha Hilton, abseiling down one of Sheffield’s tallest buildings.

Personal Milestones

On a personal note, 2024 was a year of celebration for our team as we welcomed:
