Steph Yeadon

Steph brings over 30 years of experience delivering and leading strategically significant bids across the construction and infrastructure sectors. She plays a hands-on role in shaping win themes and bid strategies for WeBid’s most competitive opportunities, supporting clients across rail, highways, construction, nuclear, water and defence.

She remains actively involved as Lead Writer and Bid Strategist on key commissions, ensuring submissions are aligned to client objectives, grounded in delivery realism and clearly articulated for evaluators. Steph takes personal accountability for the quality and consistency of WeBid’s work, reviewing submissions, mentoring consultants and upholding the collaborative standards that define the business.

Steph leads and continues to develop a high-performing team of exclusive consultants, enabling WeBid to integrate closely with clients and deliver submissions that are distinctive, compliant and high scoring. This model protects the integrity of client content and internal knowledge while building long-term relationships based on trust, performance and shared objectives.

Alongside bid delivery, Steph supports client development through NEC and bid writing workshops, helping teams understand both the commercial and narrative requirements of strategic tenders. Her leadership and hands-on approach continue to drive quality, innovation and consistency across the business.
