Laura applies her drive, discipline and attention to detail to understand bid strategies and client requirements, developing strong, compelling responses tailored to each commission.

Laura plays a key role in supporting complex bids across a wide range of sectors, including rail, offshore wind, nuclear, highways, healthcare, higher education and energy. She embeds closely within client teams, taking time to understand tender requirements, works information and wider organisational drivers to develop responses that are tailored, relevant and high scoring.

Her experience spans PQQs, ITTs, case studies and supporting bid documentation across both projects and frameworks. Laura has contributed to high-profile and strategically significant commissions, including the Sellafield Infrastructure Delivery Partnership, Network Rail Control Period 7 frameworks, Portsmouth Maritime KBS, Blyth Blade Testing Facility and the University of Manchester Framework.

Laura thrives in fast-paced bid environments, managing multiple workstreams while maintaining consistency, clarity and quality across submissions. She works closely with subject matter experts, facilitating workshops to deconstruct questions, extract key technical detail and translate this into persuasive responses aligned with evaluation criteria.

Alongside bid delivery, Laura supports clients with Constructionline Gold applications, award submissions and wider bid development activity, contributing to WeBid’s sustained success across competitive tender environments.
