This framework was established in 2006, and now has a high level of brand recognition. It is a leading construction framework delivering major public sector construction projects across the South of England, specifically within Hampshire County Council and Devon County Council.  The framework focuses on procuring any type of building in the public sector. It focuses on achieving value from Two Stage Open Book (2SOB) procurement, delivering over £8bn of public sector spend that has provided demonstrable and lasting benefits.

WeBid have a longstanding valued relationship with our client built up over many years. During this time we have worked closely and collaboratively with them to build a library of responses and case studies to support them on this framework in its 2019 iteration, and many other tenders.  With our client, WeBid facilitated workshops and interviews to enable us to align the intellect and experience of contractors, suppliers, and professional teams to evidence they can deliver ‘right first time’ solutions to meet the high standards of the 2SOB approach.

With our support, our client was able to evidence on each project in the framework their ability to provide fully integrated teams capable of accurately allocating budgets, predicting spend, tracking / reporting on costs and eliminating unnecessary costs. This included contributing to value engineering tasks and applying techniques including benchmarking, whole-life costing, and cost modelling for options. By using our expertise and bespoke writing skills, WeBid successfully secured a place for our client onto this framework.
